Regina has been a partner at Owens, McCrea & Linscott (formerly Owens & Crandall) since 2012. Her practice is 100% devoted to litigation with particular emphasis on helping clients pursue insurance claims. Regina is active in the First District Bar Association, Idaho Women Lawyers, Coeur d'Alene Women in Business, and the Idaho Trial Lawyer's Association. She has served on the board of the ITLA since 2013 as a co-chair of publications.

Aaron McCrea’s main focus at McCrea & McCrea is family law, including divorce and child related issues such as child custody and support. Aaron has been practicing law at McCrea & McCrea since 1997.

Aaron is a member of the Indiana State and Monroe County Bar Associations and serves as a court appointed guardian ad litem and judge pro tempore.
