Having graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Doctorate of Law from St. Mary's University Law School, businessmen and women, attorneys, even judges have relied on Mr. Davis' expertise with language and law. He has focused his practice on Real Estate and is currently a Real Estate Broker and Notary Public; formerly Mr. Davis was a Title Fee Office owner/operator, Escrow Officer, Mortgage Broker and Loan Officer.

I started law school while a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories. An engineering education and background did not help with law school, but I find that many engineering principles, diligent analysis, and problem-solving thinking help with actual law practice.

I began practicing family law in 1974, litigating custody dissolutions.
I now limit my practice to mediating family law disputes with the goal of maximizing understanding and minimizing damage to children, by limiting emotional and financial expenses. I offer all forms of mediation, and I financially encourage use of transformative mediation as a method of enabling parents to listen, hear and understand each other.
