Matthew Sean Tucker is a Registered Patent Attorney holding a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Furthermore, Matthew received his J.D. at the University Of Baltimore School Of Law with a dual concentration in intellectual property law and business law. He is also a member of the Florida Bar, and an inventor of several patent pending inventions.

Matt’s practice focuses on facilitating innovative change through legal action, and he works with private and public leaders in emerging issues and industries, ranging from internet to cannabis law. Throughout his career, Matt has successfully represented clients throughout the country against a virtual whos who of American corporations, prosecuting class action cases on a wide variety of legal issues, including consumer fraud, wage and hour, product liability and civil rights.

I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated from the Academy of Math and Science High School in 1990. I then served a term of enlistment in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Technician.
