Born in Valencia, California, Ms. Beach is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Beach completed mediation training through the National Conflict Resolution Center and mediated cases filed with San Diego Small Claims Court. She was also a member of the Appellate Moot Court Associate Board and was awarded the 1st Place Oralist and 3rd Place Brief Award for her efforts in the Paul A. McLennon, Sr. Honors Moot Court Tournament.

Ms. Mayer’s practice focuses primarily on EB-5 investors and business-based immigration matters. Her EB-5 clients include investors investing in both Regional Center projects and in qualifying individual EB-5 investments. Ms. Mayer’s business immigration clients include both large and small companies and individuals in the high-tech, academic and medical fields. She represents clients pursuing both employer-sponsored immigrant and non-immigrant visas, as well as self-petitioning clients, especially individuals filing National Interest Waiver petitions.
