Paige Noah is an associate at Goldberg, Persky, & White, P.C. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Washington & Jefferson College, Ms. Noah completed a joint degree program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
