I look for ways to win your case! My practice is for people who want the best chance to win. I began practicing as a student lawyer when the Illinois Supreme Court gave me a special license when I started my last year of law school.

I'm attorney Elton Jenkins. Since 1999, I have practiced criminal law in Oklahoma. Growing up on the southwest side of Oklahoma City, I saw people close to me face criminal charges. I quickly learned why people accused of a crime need a lawyer on their side.

Throughout my career, I have kept those experiences in mind. While I go to trial more often than many lawyers, I also know that sometimes a reasonable solution involves negotiation. By preparing carefully and presenting my client's case, I am often able to achieve alternative resolutions such as treatment and rehabilitation instead of jail time.

I have over 21 years of criminal trial experience both as a private criminal defense attorney and a former Assistant State Attorney and Assistant Attorney General.

My practice emphasis is in commercial and residential real property transactional matters and real estate related litigation. I am Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rated and selected as a New England SuperLawyer for the years 2010-2014. I am a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.

Practice limited to Immigration Law matters and Visa Processing Overseas.
