Lawrence E. Merlin is a commercial real estate attorney who has been in private practice since 1985. Larry graduated from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (B.S., 1981) and Boston University School of Law (J.D., 1985). Larry began his legal career at the New York firm of White & Case where he represented such lenders as Swiss Bank Corporation, Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust in complex cross-collateralized, multi-state mortgage loans.
