Bill Lynn has been with GTH since 1979 and his approach has always been characterized by an emphasis on problem-solving. His primary areas of practice include land use and zoning, real estate, environmental law, and municipal law. He has provided land-use representation for large and small residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects throughout the Puget Sound area and is experienced at litigating matters under the State Environmental Policy Act.

For more than twenty five years I have represented investors and consumers in class-action litigation, focusing primarily on federal civil appeals. I have briefed and argued appeals before all but two of the thirteen federal circuits, and was intimately involved in briefing the merits in three cases before the United States Supreme Court. My pro bono work has included writing and filing amicus curiae briefs on behalf of religious organizations and faith leaders opposing discrimination and supporting religious liberty and equal rights for all.

An Atlanta native..lived in Savannah since 1987...Graduated Cornell in 1978 ...graduated from Univ of Ga Law in 1981...I have always been active in business primarily and practicing law secondarily ...now that equation is changing.I enjoy a very general practice over a wide legal spectrum primarily by working with superior lawyers in specific areas. I've been a criminal defense lawyer for 21 years. I represent clients accused of sex offenses, violent crimes, financial crimes, DUI and drug offenses.
