I enjoy helping individuals, families, and providers. As a health law and appellate lawyer, I handle many personal matters involving health care, estate planning, guardianships, appeals, insurance, and other civil cases.

Bob's current practice focuses on trademark law, copyright law, trade secrets, intellectual property licensing, employment and labor law, commercial and real estate litigation. He also has worked extensively on complex and class action litigation. Bob is a member of The International Trademark Association (INTA) and is actively involved in international trademark registrations, with agents established throughout the world. He teaches both trademark and copyright law at the University of Montana School of Law, as an adjunct professor.
