Kevin Chroman, Esq. graduated from Loyola Law School graduate (2000), wherein he won the state-wide mediation advocacy award. Presently, Kevin runs a Collaborative Mediation Clinic at Loyola Law School, where he is an adjunct professor. The program was given high honors by the City as the Best New Mediation Program in 2014. Kevin Leckerman, Esq. solely practices DUI (also known as DAI) defense in Pennsylvania and DWI defense throughout the entire State of New Jersey. Mr. Leckerman helped to change the law in New Jersey concerning witnesses who collect and test blood samples. He has been certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) to administer Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Moreover, Mr. Leckerman has received extensive training concerning breath testing and blood testing for the determination of blood alcohol concentration.
