Richard F. Cipriano, III, Esquire was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Jesuit High School in nded the University of South Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Richard attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and has been practicing law since 2004. He gained a tremendous amount of trial experience as a prosecutor with the Twelfth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State Attorney in both Sarasota County and Manatee County.
