Waltman Law PLLC is centrally located in northern lower Michigan in the city of Gaylord. The primary areas of practice are Bankruptcy and Real Estate Transactions. I am also trained as an eldercaring coordinator and as a mediator in General Civil, Domestic Relations, Child Protection, Behavioral Health, and Elder matters.

I have been practicing law for over twenty years. I mainly represent clients in the areas of criminal law and family law. I received my undergraduate degree from Indiana University. I graduated from Tulane Law School. I have been married to my law partner, Tim Waltman, for almost 40 years - yes we were high school sweethearts. I love to read and spend time outdoors.
