Bill Lynn has been with GTH since 1979 and his approach has always been characterized by an emphasis on problem-solving. His primary areas of practice include land use and zoning, real estate, environmental law, and municipal law. He has provided land-use representation for large and small residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects throughout the Puget Sound area and is experienced at litigating matters under the State Environmental Policy Act.

Richard graduated from American University in Washington, D.C., with a major in finance and accounting in 1987. He waited three years before entering the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1993. He worked briefly as a clerk in the United States Attorney's Office in Las Vegas and then he joined his father Melvyn Jacoby's firm in 1994. Richard is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the National Consumer Bankruptcy Association.

As a Licensed Nuclear Engineer, Health Physicist, and member of the State Bar of Texas , Mr. Jacobi provides technical assistance to a variety of nuclear and radiological facilities including waste disposal companies, industrial users, uranium miners, transportation companies, oil and gas exploration and production companies, and investment companies who are seeking an expert opinion on the acquisition of nuclear facilities. He offers hands-on technical assistance in the licensing, construction, operation and decommissioning of nuclear and radiological facilities, including expert guidance on radiation risk assessment, licensing and permitting of nuclear facilities, environmental assessments, nuclear facility closure and decommissioning plans, radiological...

After graduating from Adelphi College with a major in business administration, Melvyn received his L.L.B from Brooklyn Law School in 1962. He immediately entered private practice in Suffolk County. Melvyn is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the NYS Trial Lawyers Association.
