Andrea received her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Board and Client Counseling and Negotiation Board and represented the University of Richmond at various competitions. Prior to joining Marks & Harrison, Andrea most recently served as Staff Counsel for GEICO defending personal injury cases. David received his undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. He joined Marks & Harrison in 2021. Rob joined Marks & Harrison in 2019. He received his bachelor’s degree from Elon University before graduating from The Appalachian School of Law. While in law school, he served as the Student Bar Association President, and was awarded the American Bar Association SBA President of the Year award. Michael completed his undergraduate studies at N.C. State University and received his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.Michael joined Marks & Harrison in 2019. He formerly practiced law as an associate at Freeborn & Peters in Richmond. Prior to joining Freeborn & Peters, Michael served as Staff Counsel for GEICO. He also served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Office of the Public Defender in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Charles W. Davis, Jr grew up in Tappahannock and graduated from Essex High School. He graduated from the University of Virginia where he double-majored in politics and sociology. He received his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. C.W. worked as a clerk at Marks & Harrison for over two years before joining the Firm. Ryan T. Walker joined Marks & Harrison in 2014 after having most recently worked for GEICO on the defense side of personal injury cases. Since he was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2007, Ryan has practiced exclusively in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury law. He has vast experience in automobile accident litigation.

Bryan is a graduate of Christopher Newport University where he majored in Governmental Administration. Subsequently, he received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University. Before joining Marks & Harrison, Bryan was the Managing Attorney of GEICO’s Staff Counsel in Roanoke, Virginia. He is the new Managing Attorney of Marks & Harrison’s Fredericksburg office.

Fletcher W. Harkrader III has been practicing law since 1983 and focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury.
