Tyler J. Eckert is an attorney, in Tiveron Law’s litigation department, focusing his practice with the Criminal Defense Practice Group. Mr. Eckert obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California Berkeley and his Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson Law. While in law school, Mr. Eckert was a Regional Champion of the 72nd National Moot Court Competition and a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Negotiation/Mediation. Tyler was also a judicial intern to the Honorable William Tully in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas and had experience clerking for the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office.

Steven obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the Swalm School of Chemical Engineering at Mississippi State University. During his undergraduate studies, Steven completed Mississippi State’s cooperative education program with Union Carbide Corporation. Following the completion of his undergraduate studies, Steven went to work for Union Carbide as a production engineer at their Texas City, Texas and St. Charles, Louisiana manufacturing facilities. Kelly was admitted to practice in 2001. Criminal defense has been Kelly’s niche since the outset of her career. She started out at the Sacramento County Public Defender’s Office in 1999 as an intern and after her admission to the bar, Kelly continued as an Assistant Public Defender. After gaining experience and enhancing her litigation skills, she opened her own successful criminal defense practice. Concurrent with her private practice, Kelly was a Professor of Legal Writing at Lincoln Law School in California.
