Thomas McIntosh has practiced for more than 30 years trying well over 100 jury and bench trials. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the California bar in 1988, and the Federal bar in 1989.

Kevin's practice consists of transactional law involving corporations, partnerships, and secured transactions, as well as real estate transactions, contract law, and elder law. He joined the firm in 1993. Since then, Kevin has helped hundreds of businesses and individuals throughout Catawba County and western North Carolina form corporate entities that are right for their needs and to successfully navigate through various legal and business issues. Colleen is a Florida native who grew up in Gainesville before moving to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University. After graduating with a double major, Colleen moved to the St. Petersburg area to attend Stetson University College of Law. After she was admitted to the Florida Bar, Colleen joined a small family law firm where she gained extensive experience handling cases involving divorce, paternity, custody, and adoption. Colleen then shifted her practice to estate planning after seeing first-hand the complications that arise within families.
