Bill Lynn has been with GTH since 1979 and his approach has always been characterized by an emphasis on problem-solving. His primary areas of practice include land use and zoning, real estate, environmental law, and municipal law. He has provided land-use representation for large and small residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects throughout the Puget Sound area and is experienced at litigating matters under the State Environmental Policy Act.

Mr. Hannah is an experienced and aggressive employment lawyer representing both employees and employers in a wide variety of employment matters, including cases involving discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, wage and hour matters (including unpaid overtime and minimum wages), breach of employment contracts, severance agreements, and non-compete agreements. Mr. Hannah has over 34 years of experience successfully representing his clients in state and federal courts, including successfully handling jury and bench trials, appeals, arbitrations, and state and federal administrative hearings.

Nan is a former high school social studies teacher, basketball and track coach who decided on a second career in law. Following law school, she clerked for Justice John Webb at the North Carolina Supreme Court before entering private practice. For the past 16 plus years, Nan has engaged in a practice rich in construction, commercial collections and bankruptcy litigation. She is a North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission mediator certified in the superior court mediation program.
