Mr. Haley received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Jersey City State College and a Juris Doctor Degree from Pace University School of Law in 1995. He is admitted to the NJ, NY and District of Columbia Bars as well as various US District Courts. He is a member of the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the California bar in 1988, and the Federal bar in 1989.
