Brian is a Western North Carolina native, having been born and raised in Asheville. He attended Enka High School and then UNC-Chapel Hill for college. Brian attended Wake Forest University School of Law. After passing the Bar Exam, Brian practiced law in the Raleigh area, focusing his practice on serious personal injury, catastrophic injury cases, and wrongful death cases, for almost 20 years. Brian was raised in Pasco and graduated from Pasco High School in 1993. He attended Washington State University and graduated with a B.A. in History/Education. Brian found a great deal of satisfaction serving the community as a public school teacher at Southridge High School. He enjoyed teaching US Government, US History, advising the National Honor Society and coaching Boys Basketball.
