Michael's passion is representing people at all stages of the criminal defense process in federal and state court. To that end, he has effectively and zealously defended numerous people charged with federal and state crimes. He has litigated highly complex cases, which include mortgage fraud, money laundering, ponzi scheme, racketeering, and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. Michael recently argued a complex double jeopardy issue before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Elizabeth is dedicated to providing aggressive advocacy to protect the rights and interests of her clients.

Elizabeth earned a B.S. from Arizona State University in 1987. She received her J.D. from the University of Arizona in 1990. Her jurisdictions include the State of Arizona and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. In 2018, Elizabeth was honored with a BV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
