Attorney Evert grew up outside of Philly and attended Columbia University, Barnard College, and the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree. She then went on to earn her JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law. I have been licensed in North Dakota since 2011. I primarily work on real estate, probate, oil and gas, and business matters. I do municipal contract work for the City of Williston and City of Stanley. I sit on the Mountain States Legal Foundation as the Vice-Chair of the Litigation Advisory Council. I teach courses at Williston State College and am a member of the North Dakota Inquiry Committee West, an ethics advisory board.
