I was born and raised in the Northwest. After graduating from the University of Washington with honors, I attended Gonzaga University School of Law where I was awarded a Thomas More Scholarship. As a Thomas More Scholar, I dedicated myself to helping others both in the local and international communities. My international work included a visit to Rome where I provided services for the homeless and co-leading a mission in Honduras where our group of students provided much needed repairs at local village schools, and distributed needed school supplies which our group had purchased through fundraising....

Ms. Martin has managed a wide range cases from discovery through trial. Ms. Martin has significant experience in products liability cases, ERISA cases, and numerous other general litigation issues. She has briefed numerous aggressive removals, deposed key fact witnesses, argued discovery and summary judgments, and developed expert witnesses of numerous specialties. Additionally, Ms. Martin has developed particular expertise in appellate practice, briefing numerous appeals in state and federal court, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Texas Supreme Court.

I have been working with families throughout the years first as a researcher, then as a social work intern in family interventions and legal intern in mental health and family court, and now as an attorney. I believe in helping folks with what they are faced with now but with an understanding that there is a future to plan and making sure they are prepared. I aim to empower clients, ensure they are informed and confident in their legal process either in litigation or mediation.
