My practice always has been about educating as well as advocating. I have represented musicians, filmmakers, writers, publishers, artists, and other creative people by taking care of all their contractual, licensing, intellectual property, business and litigation needs. I also am a former entertainment and intellectual property law professor. I have been a speaker at numerous continuing legal education seminars domestically and internationally.

Justin Waldo is a trial lawyer who represents individuals who have been seriously injured or killed in oilfield accidents, trucking accidents, and catastrophic workplace accidents and explosions. Justin received his Bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin. While there, he worked with the Austin Chamber of Commerce on policy proposals during the 85th Legislative Session. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School, where Justin made the Order of the Barristers, won the regional Mock Trial tournament, and was a semi-finalist in the Harvey M.
