Daniel Shawn Pickens was born and grew up in Sheffield, AL. He graduated from Sheffield High School in 2009 and later earned a degree in General Studies from Calhoun Community College. While at The University of West Alabama, he achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2019 and was recognized as the University Scholar in Finance.
