After studying at Baltimore City Public Schools and the Community College of Baltimore, he earned an Associate of Arts degree in Political Science with honors. Mr. Eckert obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California Berkeley and his Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson Law.
