Scott A. Rubenstein has practiced criminal law for 23 years in Southwest Ohio. A former Assistant Prosecutor with Hamilton County, and in private practice since 2003, Mr. Rubenstein has litigated hundreds of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases including murder, robbery, sex crimes, narcotic crimes, white collar crimes, theft crimes, and appellate cases of all varieties.
