Ms. Flynn graduated in 1974 from Nichols State University in Thibodeaux, Louisiana, with a B.A. degree in History, in 1977 from the Louisiana State University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with a J.D. degree, and in 1994 with an M.A.H. degree in Humanities from Louisiana State University. Brian developed an interest in construction while working for the United States Army Corps of Engineers in law school and has practiced in construction law exclusively since graduating from law school 23 years ago. He has represented all parties to the construction process, ranging from project inception through post-completion claims resolution. Brian has extensive trial and arbitration experience and has litigated all matters of construction disputes.
