Attorney Weber graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lycoming College in 1983 and graduated from Temple University with her law degree in 1986. She was selected as a federal judicial law clerk for The Hon. Louis C. Bechtle, Federal District Judge, Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
