Born and raised in the tiny Vermont town of Rochester, Attorney Chadwick graduated from Keene State College in 2007 with a bachelor's in Social Science. After graduation Attorney Chadwick went on to clerk for the law firm of Thomas Costello in Brattleboro, where he focused his studies on criminal and civil rights law under the Vermont Legal Clerkship program that allows aspiring attorneys to study under experienced attorneys for four years to earn their license to practice law.

I’m a lawyer who is committed to providing high quality, affordable legal services. My practice focuses on probate and guardianships. I help people probate wills and administer estates, and I help people with both adult and minor guardianships. I provide legal advice and representation in both Vermont and New Hampshire.

I believe that everyone deserves legal advice and representation, regardless of ability to pay. Through the use of income-based sliding scale fees and limited scope representation, I help people afford legal services.

I'm a trial lawyer. I'm admitted to the Vermont Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the New York Bar, and U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont. I'm a member of the American Association for Justice, the Vermont Association for Justice, the Vermont Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the NYSBA, the NYSTLA, and the DC Bar Association. My practice focuses on plaintiff's personal injury.

I graduated from Hobart College, and the North Carolina Central School of Law, where I was on law review. I’ve lived in Vermont since 1995, and have practiced law most of my time here, except for when I’m sugarin’, coachin’, riding my bicycle, or trying to keep my old house from falling down.
