My team of 1 associate attorney and 2 paralegals support my service to San Diego County families and businesses, principally in the North County coastal area. I routinely appear in San Diego County's family, civil, criminal and juvenile court departments: Central, East County, North County and South Bay. And, I periodically appears in the Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside county courts.

FAMILY LAW: For nearly 4 decades, I have written premarital agreements for couples planning to marry + represented those dissolving their marriage, whether amicably or when in high conflict. We daily negotiate and litigate all related issues: child custody, restraining orders, support and property division.

I represent parents or children in Juvenile Court dependency and delinquency proceedings, since being court appointed counsel as far back as 1975. This includes dealing with the Department of Health & Human Services, the District Attorney and County Counsel.

BUSINESS LAW: I represent a wide spectrum of businesses with most of their legal needs. I form corporations, LLCs and partnerships, negotiate and write contracts and leases, respond to ADA, employment and harassment claims, and litigate disputes with vendors, clients/customers, competitors, landlords and government agencies.
