William Parsons

Mr. Parsons is a shareholder at Hawks Quindel. Mr. Parsons' practice focuses on labor and employment matters, including class and collective action wage and hour litigation, short and long-term disability disputes, employee benefits law, labor litigation, worker's compensation litigation, employment discrimination litigation, employment contract disputes, and severance negotiations. He has represented clients in cases before various state administrative agencies, Wisconsin Circuit Courts, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
Mr. Parsons received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University in 2001. In 2004, Mr. Parsons graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School. During law school, Mr. Parsons was an Editorial Board Member of The Wisconsin Law Review and a Board Member, University of Wisconsin Law School Moot Court Board.
Mr. Parsons has presented on developing issues in Wisconsin's worker's compensation law, wage and hour law, and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin and Marquette University Law Schools.
