Director of Project Procurement and Legal Affairs: NEW JERSEY SCHOOLS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, Trenton, NJ; 2004 - 2004; Administered the procurement of construction and design services and coordinated all legal issues related to New Jersey’s $8.6 billion school construction initiative. Managed a staff of 20 procurement professionals and interfaced with Deputy Attorneys General regarding claims including bid protests, debarment actions and damages claims by contractors.

Senior Deputy Attorney General: NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF LAW & PUBLIC SAFETY, DIVISION OF LAW, Trenton, NJ; 2003 - 2004; Served as the Special Assistant to the Director of the Division of Law (DOL), the civil wing of Attorney General’s Office that employs over 550 attorneys.
