Equine law is a real passion for me, coming from my lifetime as a horse owner and exhibitor. I understand your love for your animals and can help you mitigate legal issues unique to horse owners.

Finally, while working for a Fortune 500 aerospace company as a manager I developed a love for coaching and mentoring people in job search or to help them advance their careers. All of my mentees have been able to improve their situations with my assistance.

  I offer a free one hour consultation to help clients with incorporation decisions, business concerns, equine law needs, estate planning, or whether they have a tort case they should pursue. (No attorney-client relationship is formed until a fee agreement is signed. )
• Contingent Fees
  For tort litigation I only charge a contingent fee of 25% if the case settles prior to filing suit, not including costs. Contingent fees for cases requiring filing suit depend on complexity and anticipated length of litigation.
• Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
  I do flat fees as well as hourly and contingent fees, and will work with you to find a fee structure that meets your needs.
