Attorney Paul Bucci has nearly 20 years of experience as a work injury and personal injury lawyer. More recently, Mr. Bucci was involved in the litigation of one of the largest work-construction accident lawsuits in U.S. history, the Tropicana Hotel (Atlantic City, NJ) garage construction collapse, which resulted in a settlement of over $100 million. In the past 10 years alone, Mr. Bucci has served as lead counsel or co-lead counsel in injury litigation where the settlement amounts or jury awards total approximately $160,000,000. Mr. Bucci is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is a co-founder of the Philadelphia personal injury law firm of Laffey, Bucci & Kent.
