Pratt, District Judge for the Federal District Court, Southern District of Iowa., Tonja is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Tonja is also licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa. ,
