With over a decade of legal experience, I serve as a Business Development Partner at IA Law Firm from Bosnia and Herzegovina, where I focus on providing comprehensive legal guidance across energy law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, tax, and company law. Before joining IA Law Firm, I served as an Associate Attorney at one of Bosnia's largest law firms, where I developed a strong focus on international arbitration. My experience includes representing clients at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris, where I honed my skills in managing intricate cross-border cases and advocating effectively for clients in high-stakes, competitive international environment. In this role, I conducted extensive due diligence and represented clients in complex disputes before both domestic courts and prominent international arbitration venues. I contributed to high-profile projects with major domestic and international institutions, such as the EBRD, where I played a key role in resolving multi-jurisdictional disputes.
In addition to my legal career, I spent over five years in media and PR sector. This role deepened my expertise in public communication, media relations, and analysis, skills that I continue to draw upon in my legal practice.
