Thomas John Hurley

Mr. Hurley was the absolute worst. Completely incompetent. I retained him for a custody case, and he blew almost every deadline. He blew the deadline for discovery requests, he blew the deadline for submitting requests for admissions, he blew the deadline for requesting the deposition of the other party, he failed to attempt to compel any discovery as we got virtually none, his pleadings were short and terrible, and he used only a fraction of the retainer and refused to refund anything.
