Biography

I have practiced law in New Hampshire since being admitted to the Bar in 1979. My practice encompasses business law, real estate law, and trusts and estates. I have extensive experience in land use permitting and real estate development. I have successfully led and coordinated legal and regulatory aspects of commercial and residential real estate developments. These necessarily involved resolving complex real estate regulatory matters such as land use, water source, wetland, and sewage disposal permitting. My experience includes drafting documents for complex real estate developments, creating easements, covenants, and restrictions to establish and protect the different rights and interests in dynamic planned developments. I also counsel closely held businesses regarding entity formation and structuring, resolving matters of governance and succession for family owned entities, and successfully crafting tax-free corporate reorganizations and restructurings to enable smooth transitions in ownership and management. On a personal level, I have served Nashua as an Alderman as well as Mayor. I am an avid golfer and continue to play competitively.

Awards
Ted Jordan Award
Nashua Bar Association
The Ted Jordan Award is given to deserving recipients, chosen by at least a majority vote of the Directors and Executive Committee Members, in loving memory of our friend and colleague, Ted Jordan, a member of the Nashua Bar Association from 1967-2002. Ted shared his life with Family, Friends and Country. The Nashua Bar Association honors his adventurous spirit and his lifelong concern for helping to improve the welfare and happiness of all that he touched. In his profession, Ted promoted congeniality, civility and camaraderie. Ted always left people with a smile on their face. The recipients of this award embody these same ideals.

1 Questions Answered
Q. Good day, I would like to know what laws surround regaining ones vehicle mechanic liscence after it has been revoked.
A: I'd recommend calling the NH DMV and just asking them. There are likely administrative regulations which lay out the rules for that process.
