Thomas F. Hollingsworth III
Thomas is a respected advocate for injured clients and their families. His practice focuses on product liability cases, but he also handles a variety of mass torts. Thomas works with his clients from their first contact with the firm through the ultimate resolution of their legal claims. Thomas worked with clients in the recovery of more than $500 million and the resolution of clients’ bankruptcies, probate estates, and health related liens associated with their product liability claims.
Prior to joining Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C. in 2004, Thomas worked in the Business Recovery Services group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he specialized in working with management of underperforming businesses in business turnaround engagements.
