I started working as an intern in the Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office in 1984. In1986 I joined the firm of Potuznik, Spaniola, Wilson, Anderson & Nolan, PC. In 1990, I started my own firm which later became Nolan & Nolan, PC. I eventually opened Nolan Law Offices, PLLC and our law firm is one of the most sought after criminal defense firms in Western Michigan.
I have NOT GUILTY verdicts in almost every major felony that can be charged and a slew of misdemeanor NOT GUILTY verdicts.
