Expedited, enthusiastic, and exceptional.
Mr. McCallman took on my case and prioritized it as if it were his own life at stake. My whole life took a 180 degree turn on a Thursday when I found out that I had a warrant for my arrest in Fayetteville, NC. Mind you, I hadn’t lived in Fayetteville in over seven months. We soon discovered that I had been the victim of identity theft. Mr. McCallman was able to explain to me clearly and concisely about all of the sequences of events that might take place as well as options he could pursue on my behalf. He explained legal terms fully and helped me understand what was needed to prove my innocence. I was able to collect the data that Mr. McCallman expertly advised that I would need to help expedite and resolve my case. By the next Monday, Mr. McCallman had all of the information printed out along with a crucial letter to request considerations for resolution to present to the district attorney. Mr. McCallman was able to obtain a dismissal of my case without requirement to turn myself in to lift the warrant. All within a week’s time! I’m so grateful for Mr. McCallman and his firm for their wonderful legal expertise and dedication to me as a client.
