Tamara Feliciano

Tamara Feliciano is Senior Legislative Counsel, Legal Advocacy and Investigations, at the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) where she advises on matters of law and policy, manages the organization’s legislative counsel practice, and handles agency litigation. Before joining the ASPCA, Tamara worked in private practice handling pro-bono animal welfare cases, including complex civil, criminal, and legislative matters
