- Activities: Ms. Robfogel is a member of the American, New York, Monroe County, and District of Columbia bar associations. She is a member of the management subcommittee of the ABA Developing Labor Law Committee responsible for preparing the annual supplements to the text titled "Developments of the Law Under the National Labor Relations Act," and is a member of the ABA Forum Committee on Health Law. She is past chair of the Committee on Health Law of the New York State Bar Association, a fellow of the American and New York Bar Foundations, and a member of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Ms. Robfogel was also appointed by New York State Chief Justice Judith Kaye to serve on the New York State Ethics Commission for the Unified Court System.
