I earned my Bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at Kuwait University in 2011 and later pursued a Diploma in Private Law from Ain Shams University in 2019. I am a founding partner at Al-Itqan Legal Group and have been a member of the Kuwait Bar Association since 2011. I am also an admitted lawyer before the Constitutional Court and Court of Cassation, focusing on commercial law and corporate law. My work encompasses corporate restructuring, oil & gas, bankruptcy, civil law, and arbitration.
Before establishing my own legal practice, I honed my legal skills at one of Kuwait's largest law firms. My career is marked by several notable achievements. In 2017, I was awarded "Best Litigator in the Arab World" at the Arab Moot Court Competition, organized by the Arab Lawyers Union in Tunisia. I served on the Board of the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Center at the Kuwait Bar Association from 2016 to 2017 and was the Vice-Chairman from 2017 to 2019. During my tenure, I played a crucial role in drafting statutes and procedural regulations for the Arbitration Center, as well as statutes for various non-profit organizations.
I have also contributed to legal studies focusing on small and medium enterprises, labor law, and rental laws. I have led multiple training workshops for new lawyers, organized by the Kuwait Bar Association. I am an accredited arbitrator with the Kuwait Bar Association Arbitration Center and the National Sports Arbitration Tribunal (NSAT) in Kuwait. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and resolved numerous high-profile legal cases, securing favorable judgments for clients in various areas of law, including matters of public interest.
