Steven L. Day

Steve attended Brigham Young University and graduated from the University of Utah with BS in Finance, BS in Marketing (cum laude), MBA (cum laude) and Juris Doctorate degree. He is a member of the Nevada Bar, the United States District Court Bar, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal Bar and the United States Supreme Court Bar.
Steve has guest lectured for the Nevada Business Institute, the Nevada State Bar and the University of Nevada Boyd School of Law. He has represented thousands of clients over approximately 35 years of practice.
Steve's practice is primarily civil litigation including personal injury and business litigation, business organizations, real estate, trusts and wills.
Steve is married with nine children and 37 grandchildren. Three sons and two son-in-laws also practice law. Steve was the managing partner of Cohen, Johnson & Day for over 20 years and has had his own practice with Day & Nance for 15 years.
