- Steve has served clients in a broad array of litigation and counseling settings, from trial- and appellate-level litigation to domestic and international arbitration. He also conducts patent reexaminations arising from infringement disputes.Steve’s IP practice has included patent, trade secret, trademark and copyright disputes; patent reexaminations and prosecution matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office; technology-focused contract and insurance disputes; litigation risk assessments; and media-related matters and claims of plagiarism. His representations have involved subject matter ranging from disk drives, satellites, cell phones and GPS receivers to financial services, business methods, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.Steve has also written and spoken on various IP-related topics, including, most recently, patent reexaminations and trans-border patent infringement issues.
