Contact me to see how I can help you with your criminal or family law matters.
My name is Steve Hardin. I am an attorney with over 20 years of courtroom experience. I founded the Hardin Law Firm, LLC because I have dedicated my career to helping people in trouble. My goal is to help people solve their problems and get back to their lives. I am here to help you. I am currently accepting cases in the following areas: Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Personal Injury. I WILL do the hard work your case requires.
During my career, I have aggressively represented people with matters ranging from civil hearings to murder in the first degree. I enjoy courtroom work and trials, and work hard to ensure the success of every client’s case. As an aggressive litigator and negotiator, I am very experienced in getting my clients the best results possible. But no attorney can help you if you can’t pay the bill, which is why I work to stay affordable. I also accept credit cards and will work with clients to set up payment plans. Please contact me to see if we can help solve your problem.

- Q. Is my domestic violence charge a misdemeanor or felony?
- A: It can be filed as either a felony or misdemeanor depending on the alleged facts. To know for certain you need to have an attorney review the actual charges. This can be part of the hiring process and you do need to hire an attorney to help with your case.
Do not discuss the case with anyone who is not your attorney or an attorney you are seeking to hire. On line is not secure and does not protect privilege.
- Q. Can I get a case dropped/dismissed if I wasn't read my Miranda rights at time of arrest?
- A: Ms. Rogers is entirely correct. Unfortunately TV and Movies have been getting the Miranda warnings wrong since the day after the Supreme Court issued it's ruling requiring them.
- Q. Charged in 2017. Utah code 76-6-506.3 and.2. Does Statute of limitations apply? A warrant was put out Sept. 2023
- A: You will need to change your location to Utah to get a good answer. Right now your question is going to Missouri attorneys and you need a Utah criminal defense attorney to answer your question.
Statues of Limitations are state laws so Utah can and likely does have a different statue of limitation than Missouri. Even if they were written the exact same way Utah Courts will likely have interpenetrated them differently.
