Founded by Sean E. Johnson in the spring of 2014, Johnson Law Firm, P.C. is dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation with a focus on Family Law, Plaintiff's Personal Injury, and Criminal Law. Our firm, based in Spokane, is committed to not just being your attorney but your advocate throughout every step of your legal journey.

Sean E. Johnson, the driving force behind the firm, relocated from Butte, Montana to establish Johnson Law Firm, P.C. after his tenure as a partner at Corette Pohlman & Kebe, PC. Sean's extensive experience includes successfully handling judge and jury trials, resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution, participating in administrative hearings, interpreting contracts, and appellate work. His impressive legal background is complemented by his active involvement in various non-profit organizations, where he has held several leadership positions.

A Butte native, Sean graduated from the University of Montana in 1998 with a degree in Exercise Science and earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University in 2003. He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Montana and Washington, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Sean has been recognized with the “AV Preeminent” peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting his high ethical standards and legal expertise.

When not practicing law, Sean enjoys spending time with his large family skiing in the winter, and enjoying lake activities in the summer. He is also passionate about coaching youth sports and volunteering for the Shrine Hospital System.

Sean has also held a seat on several non-profit boards of directors, holding various leadership positions. Sean is a Butte, Montana native, graduating from the University of Montana in 1998 with a degree in Exercise Science and earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University in 2003. Sean is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts in Montana and Washington, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
