The Edgett Law Firm offers a free 30 minute telephone consultation on all legal matters (Criminal, Personal Injury, and Family Law). Thereafter, if requested, a free live in person or Zoom 60 minute consultation is available for all Criminal and Personal Injury matters. All Family Law in person or Zoom consultations will be charged a $200 up front consultation fee that will be applied towards any attorney's fees retainer if hired. -

Contingent Fees
On all Personal Injury matters, we do not charge any attorney's fees unless we recover money for you. All attorney's fees will be paid on a contingency basis from any civil recovery. No up front fees or costs for the client need to be paid. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Discounted fees for payment in full and payment plans are available. The Edgett Law Firm has partnered with Affirm to offer "Client Credit" to allow a client to pay their attorneys fees over an extended period of time, with approved credit. If you are interested in this option, within our Payment tab on our website, you will see an option for Pay Later. Selecting this option will take you to an online application for private financing through Affirm. To apply, you will be asked to enter a few pieces of personal information and will receive a real-time decision within minutes.
