Patient and knowledgable with real estate closings Im writing this because I could not believe how stressful it was to buy a house during a bidding war economy. There are a lot of mechanical issues with my agreed upon purchase that have to be addressed but Scott did get me the required credits. I almost cancelled the transaction because of the magnitude of these repairs, however the credits he obtained do reflect the repair degree (in the NJ economy) and once performing the required funding, Most issues should be resolved. Scott kept my focus on the legal aspect constant through out the transaction. He deserved every penny I paid him, probably more.
